Elizabeth Parr has been faculty in the midwifery program at Philadelphia University since its inception.  She has a BA in French from Beloit College, a BSN from Case Western Reserve University, and a MSN in Midwifery from the University of Pennsylvania.
She has also taught at the Community Based Nurse-Midwifery Education Program of Frontier Nursing University and at Kutztown University.

She currently practices well women care at Lehigh Valley Health Network.  She has previously practiced in a freestanding birth center, a hospital clinic, and a private ob-gyn practice.
