Jen graduated from Philadelphia University’s Physician Assistant Studies Program in 2004 and worked in inpatient internal medicine and critical care before returning to PhilaU to join the faculty in 2012.  Prior to going to PA school, Jen obtained a degree in secondary education from West Chester University with the plan to eventually combine her two professional loves, teaching and medicine. 

Jen serves as the Director of Didactic Education for the PA Studies Program, working primarily with students in their first year of the professional phase.  Her primary research interests center around geriatrics, cardiology, and PA education.  She teaches a variety of graduate courses including Pathophysiology, Clinical Medicine, and Women’s Health.  She also continues to work clinically in Internal Medicine at the Methodist Hospital division of Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in South Philadelphia.
