Title of Position:
Student Accounts Associate

Full Time

Business Office – Student Accounts

This position requires at least 1-2 years of business service experience, preferably in higher education. Candidates must have excellent customer service, financial, and problem resolution skills. This position is a front-line, cross-trained individual who will be responsible for assisting with general service activities of Student Accounts, particularly related to third-party sponsorships. Ability to work independently in a fast paced, deadline- and compliance-driven environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

Education Required:
High School Diploma/Equivalent with applicable experience. Associates degree with 2 years of experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred with experience.

Provide excellent customer service and coordinate activities associated with student accounts. Resolve concerns and give direction to internal and external customers regarding general questions pertaining to student accounts, payment plans, financial aid, and third-party sponsors. Document and maintain policy and procedures. Assist and prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reporting as determined by supervisors. Ability and willingness to learn financial software applications.
