Next Steps

Congratulations on your acceptance and welcome to the Jefferson family!

Here are your next steps: 

1. Please sign into Web Advisor to make sure all contact information reflected there is accurate, as you will continue to receive important information from us, including information about new student orientation.

2. To secure your spot in the incoming class, please submit your enrollment deposit via your Web Advisor account as soon as possible.

3. Limited campus housing is available for graduate students on a first-come, first-served basis. A housing deposit of $250 should be paid through Web Advisor at the time of your enrollment deposit. If you decide on housing later, please contact us for availability.

4. Graduate financial aid comes in the form of loans, which are processed near the start of the semester. To apply for financial aid or check on your loan package, please contact the Office of Financial Aid.

5. You will have an opportunity to pick up your Student ID card during orientation, however you may also pick it up from the Information Desk on the main floor of the Kanbar Campus Center during regular operating hours.

6. Matriculated graduate students are eligible to apply for a parking permit online. Designated student lots are shown on the university parking map.

7. When registration opens, you will receive an email from our office. In the meantime, please feel free to connect with your program director should you have questions about your planned course schedule.
